Hello. Hair is made up of iron and protein. So for healthy hairs, you must follow a heathy diet. Hair roots must be healthy. For that you must follow a healthy life style like healthy diet, regular exercise, proper sleep and approx 3 - 4 lit. Of water intake per day is must. Try to avoid oily and junk food. Add lots of green vegetables, salads,and fruits in your diet. For proper diet chart and other details you can ask me through private questions. Use Arnica Shampoo 3 - 4 times per wk.
