Dear Lybrate-User,
Please consult the psychiatrist who prescribed it to you. If it is with suicidal intent, she/he may add another drug/ect/therapy/admission to hospital. If it is impulsive, she/he may discuss this issue in therapy. Observe yourself, if any symptoms come up, go to the hospital for symptomatic treatment.

A medication like rexipra usually does not have any withdrawal symptoms, however, it is advisable to slowly decrease the dose of the medication under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Some people do experience burning sensation after taking this medicine.. but that's okay if it goes away after some days... if it doesn't, then tell your doctor to change the medication.
Good luck.
