Hello - nexito (escitalopram) is an effective medication for anxiety and you are on 10 mgs which is an effective dose. If you are feeling better continue on the same medication

Stalopam plus contains a combination of escitalopram and clonazepam. Escitalopram is used for both depression and anxiety. Clonazepam is is for anxiety and it gives you good sleep. So if you have anxiety definitely you can use stalopam plus and you will get additional good sleep. But its always better to see a psychiatrist and take as it is prescribed.

Dear lybrate-user, along with medication do consider psychotherapy sessions for anxiety. Sessions will help you deal with anxiety and the anxiety provoking thoughts that are troubling. Along with medication and psychotherapy sessions, indulge yourself in some selfcare regime like meditation and breathing exercises. Practicing yoga and or going for a walk. This will help you deal with anxiety and help you increase self awareness and make you relax.
