I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
When used to treat ocd, clomipramine may need to be taken for 6 to 12 weeks before you notice an improvement in your symptoms. It may take 4 to 6 months to see the full effect of this medication. Since this medication takes time to work, do not increase, decrease or stop it without discussing it with your doctor first.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatme...more

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. After confirming that these are not due to diabetics, hypertension or any other organic problems, for this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine...more

Zapiz and telma 40 do not have any interactions and you can certainly take those medications together or with an interval of a few hours. If you feel that the jerks are significant, you need to be physically seen by a neurologist. If they occur intermittently, please record them and show the video recording to your doctor. Nevertheless, a physical examination is necessary if your ocd is under control with the medications.

Hello
it is unfortunately true that ocd is one of the most difficult problem to treat for the doctor and to experience for the patient. Every medicine has side effects for sure but they are much less harmful than the disease itself. Already you have poor control of symptoms for 10 long years. I think you should get full knowledge about ocd first. I suggest the website www. Nimhans. Ac. In, you can find a link for ocd clinic and material for general public. Hi. Although masturbation is a safe sexual practice but things go bad when it becomes compulsive. There is no direct link between masturbation and premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation may also occur as a result of performance anxiety. The approach to its treatment is combined. On one hand one has to strengthe...more
