Hello
Memory deteriorates each decade (10 years) after the age of 45 and this is considered normal if it doesn’t interfere with day to day functioning. The occasional leaving fans n lights on, or leaving keys somewhere or not remembering someone’s name quickly is the most common complaint.
However, if there are bigger and more frequent complains with any mood/sleep/ other disturbances then I recommend you to consult a neuropsychiatrist who would conduct an official memory assessment and ...more

Mr. Lybrate-user, what are present fasting, pp and hba1c% readings? that will give me an idea about what kind of control needs to be established or any additional treatment to be given. Also inform bp readings. Plus looking at your weight and height your bmi is 27.18 kg/m2, signifying over weight. Your ideal body weight should be about 59 kgs. Tis als contributes to improper control due to increased insulin resistance. Weight reduction will also take care of acidity and bp control.

1) I donot know why your are taking all these medications in the first place. If these are just because you had high cholesterol then your are being over-medicated, 2) It will be best to consult your treating doctor as there could be some other co-existing condition because of which they may have prescribed you the medications, if howewver it is only because of cholesterol then you do not need to take deplatt and concor and continue with just rozavel and lifestyle changes.

Consult your cardiologist who'll give detailed instructions regarding stopping n restarting of your certain daily medicines before n after surgery. Additionally you'll b given antibiotics too. However oral prophylaxis is mandatory before you undergo cardiac surgeries. Take cardiologist written consent before you visit dentist for any dental procedures. Regards.

Glad to hear that you are concerned about your Granny's health. The complaints of passing black stools suggests that she is having bleeding from the stomach or upper intestine; unless she is taking oral iron tablets. Given the history that she is taking ecosprin and clopidogrel, which are blood thinners and prone to cause stomach ulcers, it is a high possibility. You must get her evaluated as early as possible. Regards. Take Care.

Many factors cause erectile dysfunction. Like psychological issues, diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid abnormalities, etc.
Amlodipine (amlodac) rarely causes erectile dysfunction (it happens in 1-2%).
Your condition needs detailed history and evaluation. Consult an Urologist.
