Melalite forte contain hydroquinone 4 percent which is a skin lightening agent (prescribed mostly in cases of melasma) but erythema is a side effect of this drug .for that reason low potent steroid is usually used as a combination formula to counteract erythema. Hydroquinone should not be used for a long time even if you are using alternatively. Kojivit cream you can continue using for a long time as it is relatively safe.

Kindly stop the hydroquinone based cream. You can apply an aloe vera gel/ cream daily twice fr about 2 months. The skin will be fine.
