Hi lybrate-user. Since when have you been on paroxetine? If you've started recently, it could be a side effect. If you're feeling dizzy even after having a glass of water and sitting for a minute of two, go to the emergency room as it can be something other than a mental health incident. However, if you do think it is related to your panic attack, then you can consider psychotherapy or counseling. It's shown to be effective alongside ssris (such as the medication you're on.)

If you are dealing with illness anxiety (hypochondria) after covid and you have anxiety regarding your health then you must take psychotherapy for this. I have had many such cases during this pandemic and the average recovery time was less than a month and everyone got results. So also consult a psychotherapist cum hypnotherapist for this apart from medications.

Yes, pexep cr 12.5 will work for premature ejaculation and its safe and it will also help with your anxiety. So you can just take 1 tablet. Also in addition to that you can also use himalaya himcolin gel or manforce staylong gel to apply on the penis before having sex.
Also you can google search for kegel's exercises and masters and johnson's stop and start technique which will help with your problem.

Hi lybrate-user,
these are lifestyle disorders. Change in lifestyle and behavior pattern would bring the intensity of it. Along with medications counselling works better for you. Few tips you can try:
(1) get active with physical exercises
(2) set your wake up and sleep time fixed
(3) reduce usage of smart phones after 9 pm
(4) analyze your anxiety and panic disorder pattern and make a note of it
(5) work on self and take professional assistance.
