Dear lybrate-user ji, paroxetine is an antidepressant medication of ssri group. It is used for treating depression, anxiety stress, premature ejaculation in male and insomnia. Usual dose is 12.5 mg to 37.5 mg. You have taken more than the prescribed dose. Apparently it may be because of poor symptom control of your stress/ anxiety/depression. But, it is a dangerous habit.
