Avoid hot and spicy foods. Take more of fruit and juices. Notice the underlying cause .No need to worry. They will heal within 5-7 days.

Dear user, start taking vitamin b complex in combination with vitamin c tablets daily for quick relief.In addition do not consume spicy and hot food and start consuming atleast 9-11 glasses of water daily. You can use glycerine on ulcers for a temporary submission of pain.
