You have to take folic acid tablet.Get your stool examined. Apply Gellar or zytee gel in the ulcer area 3-5 times daily.If no relief consult doctor

1. Avoid spicy and sour foods, drinking hot liquids like tea, coffee and avoid oily, spicy food until the ulcers heal.
