I understand difficulty you are facing in this tuff time. You should avoid taking hot or cold food intake. Also avoid chewing from that side as pain may worsen. It will be helpful for her if she brush in that region after having any meals. Taking prolong medicines is not good idea. Medicines prescribed by doctor after checkup can be effective for her as it is given after assessment of the causitive factors and present situation. You can take flamar mx table which is a combination of a muscle relaxant (chlorzoxazone) and two pain relieving medicines (diclofenac and paracetamol/acetaminophen. And it will be useful for pains that will occur when you take cytotec.
