In case of a deep cut/ wound tetanus injection within 24 hrs is mandatory. Cleaning the area immediately with Betadiene solution helps reduce chances of infection. If the needle was sterile then transmission of other infections can be avoided.

muscudol has a muscle relaxant with paracetamol
muscudol is only advise if there is muscle spasm .it can make you tired during the day.
