After circumcision there will be swelling for few days. Which subsided with time. You can continue zerodol sp for few more days. You can take chymoral forte tablet three times a day before meal for 5 days. Swelling will decrease. You should visit the operating surgeon once to rule out any infection, hematoma.

-Take adequate rest, do not exert
- avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup frequently
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables
- take your medication regularly, you will be fine in a couple of days.

NSAIDS like zerodol are not to be used indefinitely in osteoarthritis. They are best suited for week or ten days harmful effects of taken for longer duration. Osteoarthritis can be managed conservative by life style modification and quadriceps exercises.
