Ecosprin or Aspirin can reduce the risk for heart attack and ischemic stroke. However, using aspirin over the long-term can raise your risk for stomach bleeding.
Daily aspirin should not be used for prevention in healthy people who are at low risk for heart disease.
To evaluate your risk for heart disease you should get an ECG and 2D ecocardiography done along with cardiologist consultations.

Hello, It will be best if you post the usg report.
Need to know your history briefly especially if you had any history previous miscarriage.
Usually aspirin is added from 12 weeks of pregnancy in those cases where there is risk of development of hypertension in pregnancy and fetal growth restriction. At 6 weeks usually aspirin is not added unless there is history of previous 2 or more miscarriages.

Cholesterol lowering agent no need as now. Still if you want to continue den take it with lifelong commitment.
No point of taking ecosprin if no CAD.

You don't need to take ecosprin. If you develop serious symptoms only then blood thinners are given and that too under medical supervision. Just take care, eat healthy, drink lots of water, multivitamin, rest, monitor saturation and don't panic.
