Dear Lybrate user, if you are planning to have a frozen embryo transfer, your ivf specialist will advice you a certain drugs for preparing the endometrium (inner uterine lining) which will act as niche for embryo. First you have to meet a Hematologist to find out the cause of low platelet count. Both Deplatt and Aspirin are antiplatelets .He needs further blood work up to ascertain the cause and accordingly he can b given antiplatelets. Alternate day aspirin will not be the answer.

Angioplasty in 2009, you need not concern for aspirin since its pretty long time, and secondly aspirin 75 mg never leads to spontaneous haematuria, nowadays urologist are doing turp without stopping aspirin 75 mg, and patients are discharging fine. It may be possible that residual prostate is left and gland is oozing, you can start tab dutast for few days to reduce the adenomatous component from gland along with aspirin.
