I agree with sir, you need to re-evaluate level and control of your asthma from a chest physician. You are taking 2 different kinds of inhaled steroids and oral steroids means you are definitely poorly controlled asthmatic. Must pay a visit to a chest physician.

Biologics are very good drugs, if used judiciously and has changed the way RA can be treated. You can technically use leflunomide, methotrexate etc, but many times they are intolerable. You have a lot of steriod related side effects. Oral treatments with steriods for allergy is outdated. Please get to see a good allergist in your area and discuss the prospects of allergen immunotherapy or desensitization.
