You have a lot of steriod related side effects. Oral treatments with steriods for allergy is outdated. Please get to see a good allergist in your area and discuss the prospects of allergen immunotherapy or desensitization.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello .
The type of allergy you are mentioning may need some investigations and treatment needs to be continued for long time. The cetrizine is slowly reduced and stopped. However, deflazacort is a steroid and I would suggest not using it without supervision. Best wishes.

Diabetes of this patient needs to be more tightly controlled .Get an HbA1C done. If it continues to be high drugs should be increased.
Rest of parameters are normal.
I would also like to add low dose rosuvastatin which is not in treatment.

Please try to understand ankylosing spondylitis which is diagnosed by hlab27 is not an ordinary disease.
Well disease activity worsens, just tablets become in effective.
Be that anything including naproxen myoril calcium न्यूकॉक्सिया sulfasalazine methotrexate etc etc etc.

मुझे 3 माह पहले पैरो मे सफेद दाग धब्बे दिखाई दिया। मैं स्किन डॉक्टर से मिली उसने मुझे igh रोग बताया और दवा लिखे। cap. Pantop dar 1daily खाली पेट। tab. Melanocyl 2 tab+ 1/2 tab. Deflazacort 6 mg एक दिन बीच करके खाना है। दवा खाने के 2 घण्टे बाद 30 मिनट धूप सेकना। melanocyl ointment लगाना 1दिन बीच करके। 75 दिन दवा चलने के बाद कुछ दवा खुराक एवं क्रीम बदला। अब- deflazacort 6 mg 1 tab. और melanocyl ointment के जगह पर tacrolimus 0.1% ointment चल रहा है। बाकी सभी दवा पूर्ववत चल रही है। लगभग 50% लाभ है। क्या इलाज सही दिशा में चल रहा है?
