My 4+ son has ahr. He was prescribed juvetra for 1mnth and vit d supplement for 2mnths as he had borderline vit d defeciency also. He was prescribed defcort and chericof for cough problem. He has finished the 1 mnth course of juvetra. But still frequently develops cough for which the prescribed medicine are not fully working. Please suggest what to do.

Hi, I am 69 years old, From last 4 years I am having paining in booth foot, it started due to increase of Uric Acid, Doctor prescribed febustat 40, I am taking regularly, but the pain is not getting reduced, shown to neuro physician and orthoprediatic as well, but no relief. Just checked Uric acid a day back, it is 1.86 well below the average level. Now the Doctor has prescribed Defcort 6, for 10 days. Will I get your valuable suggestion to get rid of this pain?

I have complained of shoulder, knee and ankle joint pain in the last 3 months. I have used acuwin, acekay sera, betnesol, enzomac plus, shelcal 500, pan-d, d-sol 60k, hifenac-d, defcort-6, rantac-150, dulane-20, etoridoc-90, nurokind plus, indocap-75 and volini gel medicine used. This give me a some time relief and by walking a little while the pain increased again. Normal pain remains in the day but increased in the night. What should I do?

Sir my mother had been facing immense pain in knees, elbows, arms, fingers, shoulders, feet and wrists since january 2020. I even consulted two rheumatologist nad they prescribed high doses of painkillers with hcqs 200, defcort 6. folitrax 10, etc. But still she is facing it but a bit lower. I understand that your mother is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and has been put on drug treatment.
However you have not mentioned how long has she been taking treatment because the effect of medicines comes on at an average of 6 weeks of regular treatment. If she has been taking the above mentioned medicines since jan 2020 regularly then she needs an urgent review for the drugs need to be changed or dose adjusted as per the case.

My nephew is 4 years old. Since last 4 days he is having pain in his throat. He is constantly crying. Pain is worst at the time of swallowing. One doctor said there is ulcer and prescribed defcort syrup for 3 days. But still there is no effect. Then another doctor told it is throat infection and prescribed coldnate and mormect syrup. But even after taking medicines still it is not cured. When he gets up he feels like pain is gone but within hour pain gets worst. Please suggest me what is happening to him and suggest me some medicines.

I am 27 yrs old. I suffering from scratching & then all rashes are coming. That time I m feeling uneasy as rashes places are too hot. My family doctor suggest for so many possible blood test I did so but report was normal. Then he advise me some ayurvedic medicine. In starting it works but now again it started badly I continued with medicine namely- Levocet D+, Atarax 25mg, Zempred 4. Whenever I trying to stop consuming medicine it rashes is coming back with itching. But my chemist is always telling me to stop or must consult to other doctor as these r very not good for health. I have a bump in my palm, finger and between fingers. It is a kind of eczema seems. About 2 1/2 years ago had same problem and my doctor prescribed me zempred16 mg and I got relief with the problem. Now due to lock down, I am not in a position to go to any doctor. So I took medrol8 mg for 3 days and medrol 16 mg for 3 days. Till this tablet I took, I found almost relief. But 1 of the bump in small finger got poped and that didn't heal and because of this again it has started and now it is even more. For this I have consulted with regular physician he he has given me megamentin625 6 tablets for 3 days. That also I have taken, but the bump (watery) not gone. Still as it is or even increased a bit. Can I again taken. zempred 16 mg, is it safe. Kindly suggest some good cream and tablets for get rid out of it.

मुझे 3 माह पहले पैरो मे सफेद दाग धब्बे दिखाई दिया। मैं स्किन डॉक्टर से मिली उसने मुझे igh रोग बताया और दवा लिखे। cap. Pantop dar 1daily खाली पेट। tab. Melanocyl 2 tab+ 1/2 tab. Deflazacort 6 mg एक दिन बीच करके खाना है। दवा खाने के 2 घण्टे बाद 30 मिनट धूप सेकना। melanocyl ointment लगाना 1दिन बीच करके। 75 दिन दवा चलने के बाद कुछ दवा खुराक एवं क्रीम बदला। अब- deflazacort 6 mg 1 tab. और melanocyl ointment के जगह पर tacrolimus 0.1% ointment चल रहा है। बाकी सभी दवा पूर्ववत चल रही है। लगभग 50% लाभ है। क्या इलाज सही दिशा में चल रहा है?
