You have probably a colitis like problem. Start antibiotics like tab. Norflox-tz 1 tab twice for 3 days with tab decolic sos. Tab pan-d every day morning for 5 day. Avoid junk food/ stop smoking and alcohol-if any. Soft semisolid diet for that period. Review after 5 days.

Anticholinergic and antispasmodic medications. These medications, such as hyoscyamine (Levsin) and dicyclomine (Bentyl), can help relieve painful bowel spasms. They are sometimes used for people who have bouts of diarrhea, but they can worsen constipation and can lead to other symptoms, such as difficulty urinating.

Medications. Anticholinergic medications, such as dicyclomine (Bentyl), can help reduce bowel spasms that may cause diarrhea. Of course, anti-diarrheal medications, such as loperamide (Imodium), may be helpful. Treating IBD means reducing the inflammation that is causing your symptoms.
