Hello,
Thanks for your query.

You can try a process of elimination by substituting a gassy food for a non-gassy one, and see which one is giving you the most trouble. A few basic substitutions:
• Rice milk for cow’s milk
• Bananas, blueberries and melon for apples, peaches and plums
• Gluten-free and spelt cereals and bread for wheat and rye products
• Bamboo shoots, bok c...more

Hello
thanks for the query, pain in abdomen is a very common complaint in this age. I would like to know if there is any disturbance in daily activity or bowel pattern associated with the pain.

1.ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs that can develop in or on the surface of your ovaries. They usually disappear on their own within a few months.
Although they’re usually painless, large cysts can result in lower abdominal pain. This pain may intensify during or after penetration.

Gas formation may be due to maldigestion of some particular food item. Its best to avoid such identified food items. If not possible them digestive enzymes or simethicone after foods might help.
