Chronic stomach pain may be a symptom of peptic erosion/ulcer. Stop taking spicy foods, take tablet pantoprazole/rabeprazole 40 twice daily before meal, and syrup sucral o 30 mins before each meal. For severe pain, use decolic tablet on as per need basis and consult your physician immediately for further evaluation. Wish you good health.
