1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Dexamaethasone can produce mood disorder, you r right. Discuss this side effect with your doc, and ask for alternative. If this is very much essential for your survival or well being, you need to concurrently consult a psychiatrist and take a mood stabilizer along with it.
