1) For cholesterol lowering you just need Tonact TG, which will be guided by your lipid profile test, so please get that done and consult. 2) There is no need for ecosprin if it is only given for prevention it is not required, but if it is being given because you had either a stent or bypass or heart attack in past then it should be continued.

These are very safe medicines. Very few patients have side effects with these medicines. If you feel anything, you can discuss with your doctor.

Hi dear lybrate-user, Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly. At 4 years of surgery, you need only Clopitab A75, Nebi 5 to be continued after meals, no other medications are mandatory dear.Never think to replace with ayurvedic ones, there is no alternative of these. Hope this will clear your query. Wishing you fine health and very happy Diwali in advance. Regards dear take care.

Mr Manish, Thanks for the query.
Both glucose levels are showing that your diabetes is not properly controlled. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & Random should also be around 130 mg.
What it means is that there is a need to improve the overall treatment. Since there is no mention of current treatment, there is no way to comment. So please come back with all the necesary details. Thanks.

Rosuvastatin can certainly raise liver enzymes. It is a good medicine though for people with coronary artery disease and offers significant benefits. You can do periodic blood tests for liver enzymes for next 2 months or so, and every 2-3 months thereafter. You should take a combined decision with your cardiologist whether you should continue the drug or stop it.
