Good morning!
yes, you can stop serlift if your doctor has advised you to do so since it is a very small dose you will not have any side effects of withdrawal. I hope this helps. If you continue to have concerns or questions you can book a second consultation opinion appointment online and the Lybrate staff will help you with the same.
Take care and have a lovely day!

It depends on multiple factors like the clinical diagnosis, intensity of the illness at the start of treatment, the extent of dysfunction, genetic risk and how you adjust when your dose gets reduced or missed. After evaluating these factors, then only your doctor would be able to tell the duration of your treatment.

Meditation helps depression only by reducing the time of thinking about your actual troubling problems as you concentrate more on things unrelated to those problems at least for some time. There is no other proven benefits. So if you do meditation in all the time you are awake, then only it really helps you for the whole day. Seriously. Meditation helps a little bit better in anxiety, it helps to monitor and practice and experience slow breathing, and heart rate (due to rest state). And as in fi...more

It's not like that you can't take both medication simultaneously. But there should be some reason to combine medications. If you have optimum dose of one drug than only you can go for combination therapy for same problem.
