yes, this is adequate but you are not combining therapy with the medication is of big concern. Your problem is created by your extreme fear. You must by now know the origin of this fear. Until you deal with this fear you are going to suffer the problems you have listed quite regularly. If you are against the use of medication, then you will have to work very hard with a counselor for a long time to recover. In fact the counselor may advice medication and will send you to a doctor. Not at all advisable. May cause side effects which would be difficult to interpret.
Strongly recommend AGAINST it.

It is not be taken over the counter on your own, in fact ideally after consulting a psychiatrist and getting your depression and mse done. Sertraline is a very good antidepressant but can cause certain unpleasant side effects too. So consult a psychiatrist and then get treated. Good luck.

Dear lybrate-user,
If you have not got any side effect with serta 50 mg for one and half years, you are unlikely to get any in future. There is no fixed duration of treatment for panic attack. It depends on the diagnosis, improvement, side effect, other psychosocial factors. Discuss with your psychiatrist.

David contains sertraline. The problems you have mentioned are definitely not due to sertarline.
At your age this can be due to hormonal issues, deficiency of vitamins and minerals like calcium etc.
Consult an endocrinologist for the same.

Sizopin and serlift are medication for different purpose to combine with ativan and other drugs is not a good idea. I am not sure why were all these drugs combined in the first place. Please be careful in combining all these drugs.

Dear Saranya,
Serlift takes 2-3 weeks to start its action. Please note that it works at a certain dose. If 25 mg does not work in 3 weeks, you need to go back to the doctor so that she/he can increase the dose.
