Hi, I am taking modula 5 last 4 year with Dr. consent nowadays Dr. suggests darif 7.5 with modula my question is. is it ok?

Darif 7.5 tablet pr is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination. It is more suitable if you have obstructive urine related problem.

PAIN AFTER CYSTOSCOPY I had difficulty in passing urine. I was examined by an urologist who did cystoscopy for the stricture of urethra. Before he did that the urine had to be drained through a suprapubic Cather. After the cystoscopy another catheter was planted to see whether the urine flow is satisfactory. After two days of surgery, the supra-pubic one was removed and ten days later, the other catheter was also removed. My problem is that I develop intense cramps pain extending from the base of left testicle to the left side of the groin (thigh). I have another problem which is that I cannot fully control the sphincter muscle of my bladder. The result if that the urine trickles out before I reach the bathroom. enuresis! When I told the doctor about these two problems (pain and bed wetting) he prescribed Darif tablets to be taken twice a day. For bed wetting he suggested an exercise whereby I squeeze and release perineal muscles. My pain continues. This is a cramps kind of pain which becomes intense when I walk for more than ten minutes. Please suggest the remedy for this.

Dear doctor, When I drink 1 glass of water in the morning I have to pee 3 times within 5 hrs and sometimes it is impossible to hold back. Bit in 24 hrs I pee not more than 7 to 8 times.In my life I have never peed not more than 9 times. My sugar is also normal .I never feel thirsty mostly. I take lot of tension. After pee it seems that bladder is not emptied fully and again I have to pee .I am very worried.

After completion of all check up doctor advised for operation. But we are not ready for operation due to his age factor. Pl. I am 74 years male, hale and hearty now but suffer from urinary problem as under. I had undergone and my prostate and semen vessels have been removed to ensure that cancerous nodes do not remain in surroundings. Now there is no full control on holding my urine. While bending or under pressure or when bladder is full. There is small leakage of urine which, is quite embarrassing. Also erection of penis is not to the level it should be. Suggest medicines for both. Thanks

For your age excessive urination could be due to
1. Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol
2. Urinary tract/bladder infection
3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis
5. Diabetes mellitus/diabetes inspidus, hypertension,
6. Stress/anxiety/nervousness,
7. Do urine re/me, blood sugar testing, take usg kub, and consult urologist for advice.
