There are many causes for accumulation of fluid in foetus ranging from infection to congenital anomalies to negative blood group. My advise is get an anomaly scan from a qualified doctor and thorough investigation to know the exact cause. Also one has to be clear about viability of foetus before prolonging pregnancy.

Avoid using such creams specially when you have dry & sensitive skin.
The best way you can maintain your skin tone is to use a good sunscreen in morning and a simple skin lightening cream in night like Demelan lite. If it suits your skin then you can also use exfoliating facewash once or twice a week.
