Hello since its almost 1 year after DVT AND presently with no complaints you can revert back to your normal routine. Even your present medication is of basic variety which is a good sign that you r doing well with minimum medication.
U can do any sort of regular exercise, which suits u.
The only precaution you have to take is do not have a long distance travel and avoid prolonged periods of immobilisation ie sitting for long time.
Just leave a positive comment if useful.

Take food having high fibre,,take amla juice and alovera juice in the morning,,take non spicy food,,if u wants a permanent solution then u have to do proper homoeopathic treatment

If you have bleeding than use daflon, it help if there is no bleeding than simple change your diatery habbits and add some laxative with sitz bath its help you.

Daflon is the best medicine. If you are not getting releif with Daflon, a repeat surgery may be needed
