Yes, you can take both together you can take both 1 tab. The timing during masturbation and while having sex with sex workers etc should not be counted as having premature ejaculation or short sex time. Sex time is measured after marriage and when having a permanent partner with whom you are having sexual intercourse regularly. Therefore, do not worry about your sex timings before marriage. Yes.
