I would suggest you to consult ent specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order ct scan, blood test, examination with otoscope. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics (amoxicillin or penicillin), anti inflammatory medications. Doctor can recommend you surgery. You should use hearing aid as that is the best treatment possible. For now apply warm dry compresses, start taking ginkgo biloba supplement and drink green tea thrice a day.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get well soon.

could be due to allergy.
allergy can be controlled easily using eye drops. But there are many eye drops and specific eye drops can only be prescribed after seeing the eye clinically as treatment depends on severity. also dip a handkerchief in little cold water and keep over closed eyes.. you will feel better

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is characterised by unreasonable thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead to compulsive behaviours.
OCD often centres on themes such as a fear of germs or the need to arrange objects in a specific manner. Symptoms usually begin gradually and vary throughout life.
Treatment includes talk therapy, medication or both.

Yes whitening toothpastes do whiten tooth. Chemical ingredients do more better than herbal. See a dentist before prolong use. Bottled water is better for anyone for general health than for teeth.

My advice is that you seek counseling help even now to prevent any relapse and to learn new skills, tools, and techniques to otherwise cope. Then you could talk to your doctor about tapering off your medication.
