Today I done my lft test my sgot is 30 and sgpt is 32 and alkaline phosphatase is 253 and my total bilburin is 1.34 and my direct bilburin is 0.58 and indirect bilburin is 0.76 please tell me how many days mostly it take to come it in a normal and im taking everyday a papaya leaf juice in the morning and taking lots of fruits like papaya. Orange. Water melon 2 time in a days and taking a coconut water and dab pani eating a boil food with a little salt. And roti in my every diet in morning im. Taking a oats with a tone milk and also taking a liv 52 syrup and doing everyday 45 minutes a exercise in a gym losing weight.
