Dear lybrate-user, both anxiety disorder and irritable bowel can be managed non medically, if you are motivated to try continuously for months together. I don't know since how long you are taking these tablets. Most of the drowsiness tend to reduce in 2-3 weeks. Heart rate above 100 is well controlled by beta blocker. Now think whether you want the severity of 2020 or the drowsiness and palpitations. No pain no gain. Whether pain is more or gain is more. Try therapy, jacobson's deep muscle relax...more

If you don’t want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health, you have to work on your own, your will power, your mind and thoughts. But due to certain rea...more

Or try other breathing exercises for relaxation. Practice mindful meditation. The goal of mindful meditation is to focus your attention on things that are happening right now in the present moment. Have a regular sleep schedule. Focus on the positive.

You seem to be taking a lot of medications, some of which don’t really stick to the diagnosis of depression. Would you be comfortable elaborating about your symptoms? Going through neet exams is a very tiring and stressful situation, and I understand that its important that you are alert and awake during this period. Let me know a bit more about your symptoms and diagnosis, and maybe I can help.
