Hello , yes the products you are using may cause dryness but is less likely to cause hair fall. It is always better to cleanse your hair with your regular shampoo, apply the medication only for your scalp and to treat your tips with a conditioner. This way you can maintain a very healthy scalp. Use clear gel at night. Acne or pimples is due to oily skin. Few hormonal changes also causes. Certain food items like ice-cream, chocolate, sweets also increases it.
