these is normal.they do spit curd like milk..as a regurge.if you have persistent problem treat with tab.nexpro junior 3mg once a day.keep head up position.if weight gain is good nothing else is needed

U mean to see that you were given infusion of NS (normal saline). It's totally safe and you sud trust your treating doctor and if you don't then visit someone you trust.

I would suggest only one thing- don't read too much into the reports! The chloride levels are very dynamic and highly unstable. They are also affected hugely by lab reagents in monitoring and as such carry no significance in our day-to-day patient evaluation. Please relax!

Take plenty of water daily
Take salads and fruits more
Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation
Recheck electrolytes after 3 wks at another lab.

Modern medicine does not have any particular recommendation on this but you can do so if there are no contraindications such as diseases or medicines that increase potassium levels. Taking potassium chloride will not deplete sodium if your kidneys are functioning normally. You will get sodium from several other sources anyway. Table salt is not the only source of sodium.

Tablet obimet contains metformin. Whereas vildagliptin is a different compound. These drugs are usaully combined together. But whether to to one or both depends on the glucose levels, hba1c%, I can not answer without all the necessary details. Thanks.
