You should consult your doctor as it should not be stopped abruptly as it may cause withdrawal symptoms.
If your doctor feels you need to switch over to another antidepressants he will change the medicine

You have to go for regular counseling/ psychotherapy along with medication. Please consult your doctor for your therapy sessions. As medicines reduces the symptoms but a regular therapy will solve the actual cause of your depression.
