Its ok. Even with medication sometimes you will experience anxiety but it should not persist for long. I would suggest along with medication consult psychologist for pyschotherapy and counselling.
You will benefit a lot.
Consult me for same.

dear friend; alzil is medication for a condition of memory loss known as dementia. Your mother must be 60 yes or more right? so the list of medications you wrote for this age is too strong plus loss of balance & uncontrolled urination suggests something far more serious than depression. Hence take her to a Psychiatrist As soon as possible as this might be an emergency & for further help; get back to me. good luck

You need to do counseling too. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen). You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. Yes it well help but I advice you to take homoeopathic drugs for anxiety disorder because of two reasons. First one is, allopathic medicine will relived anxiety but rarely cures and second thing its side effect dullness, sleepiness and much more.

You can take sildenafil with these tablets.
But if you have difficulty of erection during sexual activity, find the cause and treat it, rather than using sildenafil.
Sometime the cause may be sertraline 100 mg. Please discuss with your psychiatrist your problem and find the cause and take treatment accordingly.

Try to avoid these, as you already taking these medications.
Whey protein is just a protein supplement, you caj take 1-2 scoops, so I don't think it will be any problem.
Try not to over take anything excess, and if you feel any discomfort, contact your doctor.
