Be patient. Acne improves slowly even with the most powerful treatments from your doctor. Do not expect much improvement in the first few weeks of any treatment.
Do not pick! Discipline yourself not to pick your spots, as this may encourage scarring.

Ways to reduce Oil on your face-
Do not’s
1. Avoid tetra packs of milk and dairy products. 2. Avoid oily and deep fried food.
3. Avoid moisturising base and oily foundations. 4. Avoid lotion and cream based products.
5. Don’t scrub your face too much to take off the oil, you will end up damaging the skin more.
Do’s
1. Use a glycolic/salicylic acid 1–2 % cleanser as face wash.
2. Use a gel based moisturiser. 3. Wash face with cold plain water as many times possible.more
