Since scars are deep, recovering from them require deeper treatments like medium depth peels, dermabrasion, dermarollers, microneedling or laser resurfacing. 6-8 sittings of the treatments most suitable for you as decided by the skin doctor will provide you remarkable results in acne scars.

Hello Lybrate user I am very happy to answer your question First of all, I want to make you inform that, Clindamycin is a anti biotic that we normally give for acne treatment. But we didn't give skin shine coz its another medicine. Which contains hydroquinone tretinoin and mometazo. Not clindamycin you can use 1) Blise face wash twice daily 2) Neoskin lotion thrice daily.

Hi. Redness is a side effect of supatret (tretinoin) if you use in large quantity on face. Better to stop this cream for few days and use only clindymycin gel .use a good moisturizer like aquasoft fc twice daily. See the response for 7 to 10 days .if no improvement then follow up with the dermatolgist. Thanks.
