Hi, acne requires longterm management. Tablets are needed if creams don't give results. The doctor may give higher antibiotic if azithromycin is not effective. It takes 3-4 months to get appreciable response. So please continue your treatment under a dermatologist and you will get results.

Take the following treatment -
1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner.
2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning.
3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day.
4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food.
5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it.
6. Have all your meals on time.
7. Drink lots of water
8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Black /Brown spots and marks are very common after the continuous eruptions of acne. These scars can be faded or removed spontaneously with time but in few persons it can be matter of unease. Scars and marks can be removed by chemical peels and and microdermabrasion which can be done fortnightly and usually 6-8 sittings will clear the face.For acne, you need to take oral medications along with topical application.

Hello, these are the medicines for acne and not backache. You need to visit an orthopedic surgeon and get your back examined. May get an xray done. Do hot fomentation as of now for 4 to 5 times a day. More than a year is quite a long time you should not ignore it. Get well soon.

There are four main factors which causes acne:
Oil production
Dead skin cells
Clogged pores
Bacteria
Factors that may worsen the acne:
