1. Tamoxifen will not cure gynaecomastia.
2.Better it is avoided as it is a hormone replacement therapy. The remedy, if any , may be much worse than the disease. The side effects will be varied
3. Gynaecomastia is an innocous condition. Other than your feeling of mild embarassment it will not affect health.

Please send me all the reports so that I can opine better. Breast cancer is almost 80-95% curable in early stage if all the proper treatment is taken. But you have defaulted at every stage. We advise Bisphosphonates or Denosumab for the bony mets. Tamoxifen or AI to be given if hormone receptor positive.
I would have a better idea if you send the reports.
Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, The best treatment to treat Gynecomastia is surgery, where excess fat is removed which is followed by removal of breast tissue or glands. For best results VASER liposuction can be used to remove the excess fat. This can be done on a daycare basis. Regards.

Hello sir. Definitely you can go for the surgery. The liposuction with gland excision gives you the best result for gynecomastia treatment. The surgeon will go for the surgery only after ruling out other underlying factors. It again depends upon the grade of gynecomastia you are having and the associated factors. Cost again depends upon the same factors. You can text me with the pictures to know anything more online.

Yes. It is ok to take. As she is on tamoxifen that means she is ER, PR positive. According to newer studies these patients can take tamoxifen for 8-10 years to block above receptors.

No period doesn't indicate pregnancy because it's a sign of pco. Get urine test for pregnancy and ultrasound abdomen to rule out other causes of delayed period and to know the status of pcod.
