Tamoxifen should be taken for at least 5 years. It will reduce the chances of recurrence of disease and will improve survival. You can plan pregnancy. Tamoxifen should be stopped if pregnancy is detected.

Tamoxifen theoretically increases the risk of endometrial cancer and not cervical cancer. Hence you have to do a 6 monthly usg abdomen to measure endometrial thickness. If it increases beyond a certain limit, tamoxifen will be stopped and other endocrine therapy may be started. However risk is small and the advantage of tamoxifen outweigh the risks.

In some less severe cases, Letrozole can fully reverse partially developed gyno. Nolvadex on the other hand can fully reverse gyno. SERMs can be used to reverse existing gyno, but it does nothing for preventing Estrogen from continuing to exacerbate the issue.
