Ra if has been ruled out by ra factor, then you must consider doing anti ccp antibody. Ra factor is variably positive from 20% to 70% in people having rhuematoid arthritis. Also consider having vitamin d levels. Levels less than 25 might need supplements and might be the cause of pain.

Stem cell therapy like PRP works in early cases of osteoarthritis and tendinopathy.
It does not work in advanced osteoarhrtitis and rheumatoid arthritis. As there is bony degeneration and destruction, here only intrarticular depopred can give relief.
Also in RA, biologics and other medications provide relief. Along with knee exercises.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Mr. lybrate-user ayurvedic medicines from very genuine vaid will help but this being autoimmune disease you need to take drugs which reduce or control your disease process rather than pain so also think of allopathic treatment and visit rheumatologist near you.
