if your bleeding is still persisting, it is likely that your expulsion is not yet complete and you still have retained products.
The bleeding will only stop once all the products are expelled.
Further course of management will depend on the size of retained products in your uterus.
If the bleeding does not stop in a (3-4) days you will need a repeat ultrasound and a per vaginal examination for further advise and management accordingly.
