Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity.
Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence:

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day.
2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals.
3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily.

Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. These are the side effects of medicines which you have taken recently. Take fibre diet and liquids like papaya boiled green vegetables salad etc. Take hot water and add half lemon juice nd a 1/4 th tsp if salf. Two to four glasses in the morning you may take. Call back for online chat.
