you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. Treatment is advised only once the levels cross 10 milli units or there are troublesome symptoms with lower tsh levels. Hi, I have pcos from menarche since 2009. I am now on sysron from last year. 3 month continuity taking sysron 5 mg then ginette 35 for one month then gap of 40 days then again need to continue for again 4 months. This month i've got my period on 29th day of cycle i.e. 1st may (from 17th april to 26th april I took sysron n. As from 15th day of cycle it needs to be taken). April is the last month of 3 month sysron n 5 mg course, so I can't take it on this month. But I had protected sex on those remote days like 19,21,22,23,25.& as my periods came on 29th day of cycle. It had not showed any visible flow. Only presence & basic stain was present. 1st, 3rd, 4th day was only red & brown discharge & mucosal discharge with no foul smell (3 panty liners, 2nd day I got fresh blood (1pad. Generally my flow never been much while on sysron n. I did pregnancy test on 3rd may. It shows one line after 5-7 min. But after 7 hours it shows another very faint pink line. So I am taking now ginette 35 from the 5 th day ie from 5th may as it's suggested by doctor as I am under treatment of manipal hospital bangalore. So please guide what should I do? Am I pregnant? Do a pcos patient get pregnant being on sysron n 5 mg? Does ginette 35 make an abortion? For abortion what pill I need to take? Please solve my queries.

It is difficult to get pregnant in pcos.
Hormonal pills are given to regularise the menses. After that it is stopeped and tried for pregnancy.
But the periods do not remain regular for longer time.
As the hormonal pills is not a natural solution and very harmful.
I suggest taking proper homoeopathic treatment.

In PCOS sometimes it is difficult to get pregnancy so plan early pregnancy.
PCOD is a disease where there is hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports and stage of life treatment differs and it also needs more time so get yourself treated with patience. Meet Gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for long time to him/her. So let treating doctor-Gynecologist decide full treatment together.
