aapki problem read ki. Aapko lambe time depression hai. Please detail batayiye ki kya aapne first time medicine li hai depression ki. Ya aap last 5 years me kabhi aap medicine kha chuke hain? Agar aapne first time medicine li hai ya aapne pehle medicine chhodkar again medicine li hai to dono situation me aapko sleep jyada aayegi. The medication you mentioned is only going to increase your appetite and for weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Limit milk 3-4 times in 24 hrs including yrs than she will take other healthy semisolid food. Frequent milk feeding reduces appetite for solid food.
