Please get over this addiction and start running for 40 minutes daily to get rid of this addiction and for removing side effect of this fooding habit! any addiction is bad for health be it a food or any psychotropic substance. Food is meant to maintain your health and not to destroy your health. All the best dear

This could be due to OA knee &/Or obesity.
Physiotherapy along with medicines will help.
Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated
Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it.
Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with.
