I'm assuming that you are taking these for treatment of active acne and they are prescribed by a dermatologist.
Acutret here is a vitamin a analogue and cnn here is minocycline, an antibiotic. Luckily, the two do not have any major interactions so you do not need to worry about that.
Since your doctor must have prescribed them for atleast a month, do not skip the dose. Antibiotic resistance is a serious problem and can result from minor mishandling of antibiotics.
