While on this pill, if you are taking regularly, it will act as a contraceptive and will prevent pregnancy. But if you miss a dose, or take alcohol or some other meds that might decrease it’s efficacy, then it can lead to a pregnancy.

Actually your doctor will be in a better position to answer your question and there is still a debate for it and in my view Ecosprin is to be used as a blood thinner for arterial clots and is not effective for vein diseases and warfarin is still a preferred option for DVT.
