Iminoral has some known side effects like hypertension and rise in creatinine. But as long as you are on regular follow up with the dermatolgist, no need to worry. Check your blood pressure once in a week for 4 wks and serum creatinine (plus cbc) every aftr 2 wks for 1 month and then monthly interval.
